Rimmel Show Off Lipsticks!

This month I have definitely been loving Rimmel show off lipsticks, they are long lasting and a great colour range which is sure to suit anyone.
Whilst these lipsticks are the not one of the most moisturising lipsticks, however the high pigmentation of colour and lasting power does make it hard to fault this lipstick.

I first received one of these lipsticks (Pink Fame 210) in December as a Christmas present from a friend, at first I was a bit put off by the lipstick, purely due to the colour the lipstick appeared (this was due to the fact I didn't really wear statement lipsticks at the time)
However once I put it on, I straight away found that I loved the colour.

(From Left to Right: Pink Fame 210, Shocking Pink 220, Be Bold 120, Red Fever 230)
So due to the loving Pink Fame so much, I had no choice but to go out and buy some of their many other colours such as Be Bold 120, Shocking Pink 220, Red Fever 230

I especially love Red Fever from this collection as I believe it is basically a dupe of M.A.C's Russian Red

I have also found myself purchasing three more of these lipsticks the other day so now that brings my total of Rimmel Show Off lipsticks to a total of seven.
The others colours that I purchased were Love Me 130 , Pink Gossip 110 and Pink Excess 010.

What is your feedback on this lipstick? Do you love it? or Do you Hate it?

Also if you haven't seen my last post yet, Go check it out, it also has a bonus video :)

Ombre Hair!

Hey All!
So I have finally gotten off my butt and delivered to you another blog post!
As I tweeted last week, if you follow me on twitter, if not there is a link to my twitter on my home page, so go give me a cheeky follow to stay up to date with my new posts.

Anyways now if you can't tell this is a post on my recent hair change. So for many months now I have felt like I needed a change. Now I am way to scared to chop of my lovely long locks, so I opted for a colour change. Now I have never coloured my hair before so this was a hard decision on what products to use in order to accomplish the look I wanted. The next issue was what colout would I go. I mulled over a variety of colours such as red, black, dark brown. This was until someone suggest why not go for a ombre hairstyle and straight away I knew that was what I wanted to do.

After watching many youtube videos and reading Zoella's blog ( http://www.zoella.co.uk/ ) and after sseing her reaults thats the product I opted for.

So after a few weeks of being to chicken to actually do it, I purchased the L'oreal Perfect Blonde Highlighting Kit and plucked up the courage to do it.

So basically what I did is, I brushed through my hair which I had washed the night before. After this I applied the dye to the ends of my hair and to the length of which I wished the blonde to go up to. After wrapping up each section for 30 minutes in Aluminium Foil I simply washed it out with plain water then towel dried it. Whilst my hair was still damp I then applied some more to the hair and ran it through higher up with my fingers in order to get it to look like my hair went from brown to gradually fading into blonde, in order to give it a more blened look. As I've seen many girls try this look but lacked the effort to blended it, leaving a very noticable dead straight blonde line, which looks rather unpleasing. I left this in for 20-25 minutes then washed out and applied the special conditioner the dye comes along with.
These are the results!

I used L'oreal Perfect Blonde Highlighting Kit to achieve this look

I do like it, considering it was my first time trying anything like this and dying it myself. Doing this to my hair has definitely fullfilled my longing to change my hair & i like it, and think it actually looks quite nice. However I think next time I will bring the blonde higher up so that it is more distinct in my hair, overall I am happy and excited to have a new look!

Revlon Photoready 3D VOLUME Mascara

Hello Again,

So if you haven't read my previous post this is the second post today as I haven't blogged in over a week and thought I should add a bonus post.

This is also another product that I have recently been loving. Now I received this as a gift for christmas and at first when trying this I wasn't really a fan and just chucked it into my make - up for an occasion when I was running low on mascara. Yet recently I felt adventurous and thought why not give it another try. I don't know what I found unpleasing last time as I absolutely love this mascara!

Now I am usually very picky when it comes to mascaras as of course it has to go on my eyelashes and I usually find that some mascaras cause my eyes to become quite watery. Yet this mascara has the perfect brush which helps seperate each lash to add length and volume, with its round headed brush to help reach the smaller sections.

To achieve the look above I do apply more than one layer of the mascara to my lashes until I am happy with the boldness. Other than that I believe this product does exactly what the label says it volumises and gives a beautiful effect to the eyes.
This is by far one of the best Revlon Mascaras I have tried, now I dont usually repurchase mascaras unless I absolutely love them as Im always wanting to try new ones to see which ones I like more, but I will definitely be repurchasing this product!

RevitaFoam Hair Product; conditions, disentangles and a defrizzer!

Hey All!
So I know I haven't posted in over a week and that is why today I am going to have two new posts!

Now I have been using this product for over two months now and absolutely love it! It is the RevitaFoam Hair Product which is a conditioning and disentangling mousse, not only does it condition and disentangle but it is also a defrizzer, what a added bonus!

Now I could just tell you how amazing this product is, but I thought to be able to get across just how amazing this product is I have to show you. So here is some pictures I took of my hair after brushing and before putting RevitaFoam in and then the results after apply it to my hair.

(Picture on Left: Before using RevitaFoam. Picture on Right; After using RevitaFoam)

Now this is definitely a product that I highly recommend and you are mad to not use if you have long thick hair, or even just plain frizzy hair. The crazy thing is, that this product had been sitting in my bathroom cupboard for nearly 2 years before I even knew it existed and thought I would give it a try, now I used it nearly every day.

Whilst the directions on how to use this product is to wash your hair and apply whilst wet or once dry I tend to wait until the day after washing after brushing my hair I apply a walnut sized amount to my hair and run it through with a brush. Then just scrunch my hair slightly and its all ready to go!

See you next post! x
